Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience within civil construction or site development.
• Experience using AGTEK software is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for projects.
• Review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents.
• Analyze labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs.
