Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Strong literacy and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide Superior Customer Service to customers and partners.
• Operate receiving systems, conveyors, pumps and other equipment safely.
• Receive, handle, store and load agronomy products per procedures.
• Load, unload and transport fertilizer, seed and crop protection products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety policies and environmental regulations at all times.
