Job summary

Heritage Cooperative in Urbana, OH is seeking a Seasonal Grain Associate to join our frontline team. You will assist with loading, receiving, and stocking grain, operate forklift, and help keep facilities safe and clean.

We value friendly, customer-service oriented individuals who can work extended hours, weekends, and varied weather. Prior experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Fundamental mechanical skills
• Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to occasionally crawl, stoop, kneel, climb, or balance
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions
