Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales.
• Provide consultative services and build relationships with farmers and producers.
• Acquire product, customer, industry, and company knowledge to improve sales and marketing skills.
• Identify opportunities or escalate to more experienced staff and shadow the process.
• Develop customer lists and call on current and prospective customers for CHS products.
• Assist in bids, proposals, and customer presentations for opportunities.
• Maintain safety culture and follow all safety policies and regulations.
