Method Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Professional for a growing ag retail leader. You will build relationships with growers, tailor seed, fertilizer, and crop protection plans, and drive both short-term yields and long-term profitability. You will cover a defined territory in the U.S.

and collaborate with agronomists and operations staff. A CCS/CCA certification is preferred; 3+ years in agronomy sales and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Ag Retail or Agronomy Sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business while managing accounts.
• CCA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience selling seed, fertilizer and crop protection products.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with strong customer focus.
• Proficiency with precision ag tech and account management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with area producers through on-farm visits, calls, and digital outreach.
• Recommend and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each operation.
• Develop agronomic plans with customers to drive short-term yields and long-term profitability.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow through on commitments year-round.
• Stay current with agronomic trends and precision ag tools to offer leading solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service and logistics.
