Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, agriculture science, or related field.
• Interest in agronomy sales and crop management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various summer conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field visits to assess crop health and provide insights to customers.
• Perform crop scouting tasks: stand counts, weed/disease/insect identification, irrigation scheduling, soil/plant tissue sampling.
• Support sales team in maintaining customer relationships.
• Learn to identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Assemble and install seed plot and field signs; participate in training events and field days.
• Seek feedback from Agronomy Sales Specialists and complete a capstone project.
