You will drive growth, coach a team, and align field operations with marketing strategies to expand the grower base.

You will recruit, mentor, and manage performance, establish plans, coach one-on-one, and collaborate with operations to enhance grower experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, business management, or a related ag field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors, trains, and develops assigned salespeople.
• Provides leadership and accountability for team performance and profitability.
• Develops plans to prospect new business and grow current customer base.
• Collaborates with operations to maximize efficiency and grower experience.
• Maintains records and supports proposals/presentations to customers.
