Qualifications

• Knowledge of crop production science to advise producers on agronomy plans and services.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate information effectively in written or oral form.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent with education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote IAS products and programs with emphasis on crop protection, plant food, seed, and agronomy services.
• Increase unit sales, gross margins, and market share by contacting current and potential customers within an assigned area.
• Provide information to customers to support products and programs and assist in making production decisions.
• Coordinate with location team on crop production practices and customer activity.
• Promote and coordinate Precision Ag activities at the location.
• Assist in inventory coordination and distribution to customers.
• Submit weekly reports of contacts and activity.
