Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative, headquartered in Aberdeen, SD, seeks an Assistant Manager for its agronomy operations in Harrold, SD. This role focuses on safety, compliance, and excellent customer service, while assisting with customer relationships, budgeting, P&L stewardship, and staff management.

You will supervise staff, maintain safety culture, and ensure adherence to policies and DOT/OSHA regulations, with opportunities across a growing agronomy network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1–5 years related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends/holidays/different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of agronomy operations with focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Assist with customer relationships, budgeting, P&L stewardship, and staff management.
• Supervise staff in accordance with laws and Agtegra policies.
