Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 5–10 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• English proficiency.
• 18+ years old.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), OSHA, EPA.
• Knowledge of management and supervisory principles and practices.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs grain operations, oversees unloading/loading and sales.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Set goals, track metrics, and hold staff accountable.
• Build relationships with customers and promote grain products.
• Plan and direct grain sales programs with merchandisers.
• Ensure safety, budgeting, and profitability of the location.
