Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the location business plan and annual operating budget.
• Drive profitable growth aligned with agronomy strategy, cooperative values, and member-owner focus.
• Lead or facilitate agronomy sales activities with growers and customers within the assigned trade territory.
• Build strong relationships with growers and industry partners to strengthen market presence.
• Resolve customer issues related to product performance, service, logistics, and inventory promptly.
• Uphold and enhance the Landus brand and cooperative reputation in the marketplace.
• Lead by example in safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety programs.
• Direct all daily location operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop procedures for efficient product distribution in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee inventory quantity, quality, and accuracy to meet seasonal demand and customer programs.
• Oversee facility, equipment, and asset maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop location employees.
