Job summary

Landus is seeking a Location Manager for its agronomy retail location in Iowa. You will lead safety, financial performance, and operations, owning the location business plan and budget, driving profitable sales, and building a high-performing team.

You will partner with growers, customers, suppliers, and Landus leadership to deliver exceptional service and support long-term member and customer value, while managing inventory, compliance, and talent development to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• CDL is preferred and may be required to obtain post hire.
• Reliable and regular attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the location business plan and annual operating budget, including financial, operational, and sales targets.
• Drive profitable growth aligned with Landus agronomy strategy, cooperative values, and member-owner focus.
• Direct all daily location operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, agronomy leadership, and operations teams to execute organized daily logistics plans.
• Oversee facility, equipment, and asset maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
