R.D. Offutt Farms and Syngenta offer an agronomy internship for college students pursuing agriculture. You will gain hands-on experience on real projects, learning about crop development, scouting, soil sampling, and sustainability practices while working with industry experts.

You will complete an individual agronomy project, present findings to leadership, and have access to Syngenta Campus resources for training. Interns are encouraged to develop professionally within the organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an approved agriculture program and maintain GPA.
• Be able to provide transcripts to management after each term.
• Agriculture experience is preferred; strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop development and scouting activities.
• Gain on-the-job experience from industry experts and present findings.
• Complete an agronomy project and field problem solving.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct in all tasks.
