Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Intern - Agronomy Student Coordinator to manage a team of regional Crop Technician Interns. The role involves reviewing scouting reports, providing diagnostic support, and coordinating weekly field dispatches during the internship season.

The position requires outdoor work, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license, with travel across multiple Indiana locations and a flexible, part-time schedule including office and field time.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and available for an internship season.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 100% within territory and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Review scouting reports for weed/disease/insect observations and growth staging.
• Provide diagnostic field support to interns and educate scouts weekly.
• Travel 100% in territory; 60% in office, 40% in training/fields; attend check-ins and events.
