Keystone Cooperative is seeking an Agronomy Student Coordinator to lead a team of Crop Technician Interns. You will review scouting reports, provide diagnostic support, and travel across the territory while supporting interns and attending weekly check-ins.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited college, comfortable outdoors in all weather, and ready to collaborate with Ag Tech Leads on special projects. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college/university while participating in internship.
• Willingness to travel 100% within territory.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational and quick-learning abilities.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Review scouting reports for accuracy (weeds, disease, insects, growth, nutrients).
• Provide agronomic/diagnostic support to interns remotely and in person.
• Coordinate with Ag Tech Leads on projects and events.
• Attend weekly check-ins and intern events.
• Travel within the territory for field work and training.
