Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Agronomy Student Coordinator to lead a team of Crop Technician Interns, review scouting reports, provide diagnostic field support, and assist with intern education during the season.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in accredited college or university.
• Must have previous scouting experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review scouting reports for accuracy on observations (weeds, diseases, insects, growth, stand counts, deficiencies).
• Provide agronomic and technical diagnostic support to interns remotely and on-site.
• Travel 100% across territory; 60% in office, 40% in training/fields.
• Participate in weekly check-ins and intern events; support special projects with Ag Tech Leads.
