Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Intern - Agronomy Student Coordinator to manage a team of Crop Technician Interns across the Lafayette area.

The role includes reviewing scouting reports, providing diagnostic support, and coordinating field activities throughout the internship season. The position involves 100% travel within the territory and a split schedule of 60% in-office and 40% in the field/training, with weekly check-ins and opportunities to work on special projects with Ag Tech

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and fast learner.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review scouting reports for accuracy (weed/disease/insect observations, growth staging, stand counts, nutrient deficiencies).
• Provide agronomic and technical diagnostic support to interns remotely and on-site.
• Travel 100% within territory; 60% in office, 40% in fields/training; attend weekly check-ins.
• Collaborate with Ag Tech Leads on special projects and intern events.
