Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related work experience in agronomy or equipment operation.
• Must be able to operate sprayers, floaters, trucks and related equipment while meeting DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and coordinate deliveries.
• Blend products and apply crop inputs following recommended rates and pesticide labels.
• Operate and maintain custom application equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Manage inventory and record application data daily.
• Coordinate application schedules with customers and team members.
• Follow safety protocols, perform vehicle and equipment safety checks, and maintain compliance.
