Ag View FS is seeking an Agronomy General Laborer to assist the agronomy team in daily operations including equipment preparation and product handling. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably mechanical or farm experience.

This position offers a salary of $18 – $20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Normal requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in mechanical or farm settings.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filling NH3 tanks.
• Support equipment set-up and field operations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
