Job summary

FS System is seeking an Agronomy General Laborer to assist with day-to-day operations including equipment preparation, product handling, and field support tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and some mechanical or farm experience.

This position offers a salary range of $18–$20/hour along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans. Candidates will need to adapt to extreme weather conditions and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Assist in filling NH3 tanks.
• Help transfer and deliver products between locations.
• Support equipment set‑up and field operations.
