Job summary

Premier Ag is seeking a laborer to perform a wide range of tasks in a hands-on agricultural environment. You will operate equipment, deliver chemicals, and assist maintenance across branches and customer locations.

The role requires experience in farming, ability to read and write, and skill with basic mechanics. Valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement is preferred. This position offers physical work and teamwork across facilities.

Qualifications

• Agriculture and / or farming experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Knowledge of basic mechanics.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
• Ability to operate a forklift and skid loader.
• Ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck with a manual two-speed transmission
• Deliver anhydrous ammonia
• Haul crop protection products and seed
• Assist in the maintenance of trucks and equipment
• Maintenance of the office area, shop and grounds
• All other general duties as needed
