Job summary

FS System is seeking an Agronomy General Laborer to assist with day-to-day operations including equipment preparation, product handling, and field support tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and some mechanical or farm experience.

Purpose: Assist the agronomy team with day‑to‑day operations, including equipment preparation, product handling, and plant support tasks.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in filling NH3 tanks
• Help transfer and deliver products between locations
• Support equipment set‑up and field operations
• Assist in maintenance of operations and equipment at location
• Work with location manager on safety and compliance issues
• Assist operators and drivers as needed

Other Job Functions

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical or farm experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs as required
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
• Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
• Availability to work hours outside normal times to meet seasonal demands
