SiteOne Landscape Supply in the United States is seeking a Department Manager – Agronomics for our branch. You will lead the agronomics team, work with customers on product needs, and help ensure sales and service excellence.

This role collaborates with branch leadership on inventory, safety, training, and adoption of new technologies while mentoring staff to meet departmental goals. A strong safety culture and customer‑focused operations are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in the green industry; familiarity with agronomic or lawn care products.
• Excellent customer service and management skills.
• Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits, credits, AR/AP, budgets).
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• LOB Certification Level I+ for internal candidates preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
