Centra Sota Cooperative in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Agronomy Applicator to safely apply fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fields, while assisting with shop operations.

The role blends field work, customer service, and hands-on equipment maintenance, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and accuracy to support our agronomy operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT medical certification.
• Team player who’s willing to wrench and assist in the shop when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, with attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
