Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior mechanic experience.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred; willing to obtain if needed.
• Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Operators license or ability to obtain one.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Conscientious attitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Computer skills to operate field equipment computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on agricultural application equipment and trucks.
• Maintain facilities and equipment as needed.
• Operate machinery, field computers and dispatch tools for fertilizer/chemical applications.
• Deliver fertilizers and other products to farms using appropriate trucks.
• Travel between Country Visions Cooperative locations and customer sites; assist during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with agronomists and team members to ensure timely operations.
