We are seeking an Agronomy Applicatorto join our agronomy operations team. This role offers a mix of spraying, customer interaction, and hands-on work in the shop and yard — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products
• Operate and maintain application equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class B CDLwith tanker endorsementand DOT medical certification.
• Team player who’s willing to “wrench” and assist in the shop when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
