• Prepare and verify accurate invoices and pricing within a 48-hour window
• Monitor agronomy sales contracts and prepay accounts
• Maintain accurate farm and account records in Landus systems
• Update and maintain customer licenses and permits
• Coordinate work orders to ensure accurate deliveries and services
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and respond to statements promptly
• Support inventory control of agronomic products and office supplies
• Verify daily sales invoices and contracts for accuracy and documentation
• Coordinate grain settlement documents for signature
• Assist with scale operations as needed
• Collaborate with Relationship Specialist to plan Harvest season events
