Job summary

Landus Cooperative is seeking an Agronomy Procurement Coordinator to manage inventory positions, costing, and product setup across locations. The role supports procurement with data analysis, monthly pricing uploads, and monthly GPOS reporting, while also aiding the accounting team with month‑end tasks and accurate invoicing.

This office-based role may visit Landus locations to support teams and ensure high-quality service to customers and suppliers in a fast-paced agronomy environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, invoicing, contracts and prepay accounts.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates and drive results.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory Sku’s: product setup, classifications and blend setup.
• Collect data and manage inventory position reports daily.
• Enter purchase orders and ensure correct costing.
• Manage product pricing and uploads monthly.
• Support procurement with data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, month-end procedures, and financial reports.
