Responsibilities

• Monitor agronomy sales with existing and prospective customers.
• Update and maintain accurate customer licenses and permits in Landus systems.
• Monitor customer accounts for invoicing and apply payments.
• Document and maintain farm splits, field plans, and key account details.
• Prepare and verify accurate and timely invoices within 48 hours.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and support inventory inquiries.
• Help manage inventory records and ensure Landus policy alignment.
• Coordinate grain settlement documents and signature processes.
• Provide support with scale operations as needed.
• Collaborate with Relationship Specialist for harvest-season events.
