Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual operating budget with department managers.
• Provide leadership and support to department managers to achieve goals.
• Work with leaders to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers; ensure compliance.
• Oversee hiring, development, training and evaluations with managers.
• Maintain relationships with customers; address concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing; control costs and shrinkage.
• Partner with accounting on accounts payable/receivable and credit matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and safety.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
