The Agriculture Project Manager will manage projects from proposal through completion, mentor staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a key client contact. Strong communication and business development skills are essential as you support client relationships and growth initiatives while ensuring projects stay on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Agricultural, or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Strong AutoCAD design experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects, staff, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead agricultural-focused engineering projects, including AutoCAD-based design, permitting, and construction observation and certification.
• Serve as a primary client contact, providing clear communication, project updates, and technical guidance.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in due diligence activities.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and production staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee and manage contract budgets and project financial performance.
• Mentor, develop, and manage staff while supporting office and company growth initiatives.
• Perform and oversee general civil, agricultural, and environmental engineering design work.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary MSG teams including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Agricultural, Traffic, Transportation, and Construction Services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.
