Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Agriculture Admin Support & Jr Analyst to provide analytical, operational and administrative support to Farming Operations leadership. You will develop reports, track performance, and assist with process improvements across the farming organization.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in business analysis or agricultural operations, with strong Excel and ERP experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in business analysis or agricultural operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems (Infor preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
