General Purpose And Scope Of Position

The Plant Manager will oversee manufacturing and administrative functions of the plant, leading facilities operations to ensure employee safety, proper handling of ingredients, efficient processing, and timely shipment of finished products.

• Minimum five years experience managing pet food/food/feed mill/manufacturing operations.
• Experience in union environments is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing practices.

• Ability to manage production costs aligned with output volume.

• Supervise staff and manage multiple departments.
• Establish performance metrics and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage operational expenses and budget planning.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Maintain infrastructure and oversee personnel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $89,400 - $125,280, based on location, skills, and experience.
