Job summary

The Arizona Department of Economic Security seeks an Agriculture and Foreign Labor Specialist to support the Foreign Labor Certification program across Arizona. You will travel to rural and urban areas to conduct outreach, housing inspections, and employer meetings, while ensuring compliance with DOL rules and program procedures.

You will also perform wage surveys, coordinate recruitment for H-2A/H-2B, maintain case records, and collaborate with State Monitor Advocate and coordinators.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel statewide for outreach events, housing inspections, and employer meetings.
• Conduct Agricultural Prevailing Wage and Practice Surveys across Arizona.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports for oversight bodies.
• Support recruitment efforts for H-2A, H-2B programs and related processes.
• Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to achieve performance goals.
