Job summary

H&R Agri-Power in Kentucky is seeking a Sales Associate to execute dealership equipment sales and be the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver strong customer service and promote our quality products at fair prices to support asset returns.

The role emphasizes building relationships, recommending equipment that fits customer needs, handling documentation, and collaborating with the service team to schedule follow-ups and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred, but not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Basic familiarity with small and large Agriculture equipment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to check on current equipment and satisfaction, identify performance gaps, and close sales.
• Ensure all documents associated with sales of whole goods and attachments are properly completed.
• Submit weekly call reports on time.
• Maintain sales department vehicles and office equipment.
• Assist Sales Manager with field demonstrations and coordinate with the Service Department for follow-up services.
