Job summary

Agri-Power, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive equipment sales and deliver excellent customer service. This role represents the company in initial customer interactions and aims to reflect the mission of providing quality products at fair prices.

The candidate will check on customer satisfaction, identify needs, complete sales documents, and support field demonstrations. A HS diploma is required; agribusiness familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with agricultural equipment is beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to check on current equipment and satisfaction, identify needs, and close sales.
• Ensure all sales documents for whole goods and attachments are completed.
• Submit weekly call reports and maintain vehicle and office equipment.
• Support Sales Manager with field demonstrations and coordinate with Service for follow-up maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, terms, discounts, and new equipment arrivals.
• Promote the company with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
