H2ajobs in North Dakota is seeking a farm laborer to operate tractors and combines for planting, cultivation and harvest of crops such as wheat and beans. You will drive GPS-enabled equipment, haul supplies, and help with soil preparation.

Housing and meals are provided by the employer. Transportation to a nearby grocery store is arranged; airfare after a contract period is reimbursed; no formal education is required, but English literacy is essential.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Three months experience with GPS-guided farm machinery.
• Experience driving semi-trucks is required.
• Must read, understand and speak English.
• No educational degree required.

Duties include drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS. Operate designated towing equipment , drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will transport materials, supplies or crops from fields or bin storage to designated location of local elevators. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after given instructions and must be a team player when needed.

Requirements:

• - Employees have valid drivers license or obtain one in 60 days.
• - Semi-truck driving experience
• - Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only.
• - NO TEXTING.
• - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds.
• - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and other wise discouraged.
• - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons.
• - No Educational level required.
• - Must have three months GPS and farm machinery with towed implements.

Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English for safety reasons and record keeping . Must be able to communicate with owners and other employees about jobs and various tasks.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: The workers will have a fully furnished kitchen with cooking and eating utensils where they can prepare their meals. When they cannot return for meals they will be provide with lunch cooler to pack their lunches.

Workers will be provided with transportation one a week to the closest grocery store where the workers can purchase their groceries and personal item. Distance to the closest grocery store is 20 miles.

Transport: When worker has completed 50% of the contract Employer will reimburse worker the cost of airfare and daily subsistence a minimum

reimbursement of $ 16.78 per day and a maximum reimbursement of $ 68.00 per day. (Receipts required) from place of recruitment

(inbound) to placement of work. Upon completion of contract employer will pay return cost of airfare (outbound) to place of recruitment,

except when worker does not return to place of original recruitment or an extension is filed.

Experience wanted: 3 months

Employees must have valid drivers license or obtain one in 60 days.
