Job summary

GROWMARK, headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois, seeks a customer service professional to enhance the experience from contracting through invoicing. You will serve as the primary contact for customers and member cooperatives, addressing product questions and providing technical guidance across Grain Systems, Energy Equipment, and related parts.

This role emphasizes pricing analysis, order management, vendor communications, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or equivalent; plus at least 2 years of related sales/technical support experience.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and focus on customer needs; strong organization and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for customers and member cooperatives from contracting to invoice.
• Analyze cost changes and communicate pricing and programs to members.
• Receive and place orders, follow up on status, and solicit orders during promotions.
• Support member companies with service bulletins and troubleshoot problems; identify and expedite parts.
• Monitor vendor availabilities, back orders, and lead times; inform customers and departments.
• Lead resolutions and service strategies for issues with members/customers, including warranty decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and responsive customer Requests; prioritize workflows for satisfaction.
• Coordinate and maintain customer accounts, contacts, and locations in systems.
• Identify and lead change projects to improve operating efficiency and customer service.
• Achieve individual, team and department goals.
