Job summary

GROWMARK seeks a seasoned sales and operations professional to coordinate the location's activities and develop strong customer relationships. You will lead agronomic product recommendations, manage credit terms, and oversee inventory and plant operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an Associate's degree in agricultural or business fields, 2+ years of related experience, and relevant licenses, with CDL eligibility and willingness to work in diverse weather

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in agricultural or business fields required with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Must hold and maintain a Commercial Applicator's License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL and driving record suitable for required vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducts professional sales calls on a regular basis using the FS Roadmap.
• Develops territory and competitive analysis to stay current in market.
• Provides agronomic products, services, and recommendations to customers and prospects.
• Performs customer service using best practices, crop scouting, and custom application services.
• Quotes prices and credit terms; prepares sales contracts and manages credit.
• Oversees product ordering, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Maintains plant operations including fertilizer blending and chemical handling.
• Collaborates with location leadership to ensure equipment and facilities are in good order.
