Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Test Engineer to validate mechanical systems and agricultural equipment. You will develop plans, run tests, collect data, and translate findings into actionable improvements for performance, reliability, and durability.

You will work with simulations, collaborate with engineers, and help ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced farm-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in product validation or testing.
• Experience with test tools and analysis software is a plus.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop validation plans for mechanical systems and components aligned with performance targets.
• Execute test plans, collect data, and analyze results to provide feedback.
• Correlate physical test data with simulations (FEA/CFD) when available.
• Coordinate field testing efforts and adjust plans as needed.
• Document testing procedures and results per ISO and ASABE standards.
