C & B Operations in Pipestone, MN is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, service, and maintain agricultural equipment. You will work with our John Deere products and related systems, performing repairs and keeping detailed work notes.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field, preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and standing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of repair methods, materials, tools and techniques for machinery.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs for skill development.
• Completes all job notes required with work assignments.
• Accounts for time and materials used on a digital timecard.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Promotes service department to customers, including inspections and parts.
