Seacole-CRC, LLC in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable steps. You will partner with our Regulatory Manager to ensure compliance across federal, state, and local agencies and support product registrations for agricultural products.

Responsibilities include reviewing labels for USDA/state compliance, guiding registrations worldwide, and maintaining fertilizer registration progress while helping Sales, Operations, Quality and

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years in Regulatory (EHS) role in chemical manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with government agencies and legal consultants preferred.
• Experience with pesticide manufacturing and EPA regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Regulatory Manager with global regulatory compliance, product safety, and liability avoidance.
• Review labels for compliance with state USDA requirements and support registrations.
• Prepare and submit reports, studies, and regulatory publications for interpretation of laws.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Assist with training employees on regulatory requirements.
