Job summary

Farmers Business Network, Inc. is seeking a Sr Regulatory Manager responsible for obtaining and maintaining freedom to sell Crop Protection products in the US and Canada.

You will oversee EPA and PRMA submissions, coordinate with consultants, and guide cross‑functional teams through regulatory timelines and budget considerations. Minimum 5 years of EPA registrations experience and strong knowledge of Canadian processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Agriculture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with EPA registrations for Crop Protection Products.
• Strong understanding of Canadian registration processes.
• Regulatory experience across CP, fertilizers, biostimulants, or chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory strategy for Crop protection products for Canada/USA where applicable.
• Oversee EPA and PRMA submissions and manage third‑party regulatory consultants.
• Track submission dates, agency responses, regulatory chronology, and costs.
• Coordinate label preparation and review.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Represent GCS and engage with industry associations as needed.
