Wysocki Family Farms is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join the team! In this role, you will test and troubleshoot a variety of agricultural and potato conveyance equipment, performing maintenance safely and efficiently. Work can be completed in the maintenance shop with potential outside work. Qualified candidates will have opportunities to work in various settings based on project needs, while utilizing and enhancing their mechanical skills through different daily tasks and projects.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, paid time off, holiday pay, and more.

Location: Bancroft, WI — a short commute from Stevens Point or Wisconsin Rapids.

Hours: Monday-Friday, core hours 6 AM – 4 PM. Occasional weekends and off-core hours may be required. Hours may vary seasonally.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
3. Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Own basic tools (company provides specialized and large tools)
5. Knowledge of variable frequency drives is a plus
6. Experience with potato conveyance equipment is desired
7. Basic welding and machining skills are a plus
8. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
