Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite and close agricultural loans in line with lending policies.
• Receive and screen loan applications, request references, conduct site inspections and order appraisals.
• Communicate loan decisions and rationale to applicants, ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor ag loans and identify delinquent accounts, initiating corrective actions.
• Participate in lending calls to develop relationships with customers and partners.
