P&K Equipment in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Large Ag Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair customer- and dealer-owned agricultural equipment on a day shift. This full-time role reports to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman and requires strong communication across locations.

Applicants should be proficient with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and with diagnostic software. A clean driving record and safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use standard computer software applications such as diagnostic software and internet functions.
• Good driving record and safety habits.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic agricultural equipment diagnostics and determines what repairs are needed, if required.
• Performs basic agricultural equipment repairs as requested by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman.
• Participates in all job-related training and development.
• Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and practices good safety habits.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
