You will identify customer needs, present equipment solutions, and close sales that support agriculture and related industries. This commission-driven role includes a draw and uncapped commissions with strong earning potential.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products in the field, and build lasting partnerships while traveling up to 90% of the time and maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc).
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated sales skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts.
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Market and sell new and used equipment solutions, nurturing long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Customer Engagement: Optimize current accounts, pursue new business, and conduct in-depth needs assessments.
