Come grow with us! We are looking for 2-3 motivated Crew Leaders who want to take their career to the next level!

Our company is the leading provider of parking lot striping services throughout upstate NY, and our record growth means opportunities for your professional advancement.

As a Crew Leader, you will have full responsibility for crew productivity, logistics to and from jobsites in a company vehicle, and be the lead equipment operator of our ride-on striping equipment. No daily paperwork is required, as everything you need is on a phone. Know someone you work well with? Bring them along as a crew member!

Experience is NOT necessary, but the right attitude and willingness are. We provide full paid training, including classroom, indoor hands-on, and on-the-job training. We are looking for team players who have attention to detail and an ability to lead others. Painting, commercial driving, or equipment operator experience is desirable. A driver’s license is required.

This position is seasonal and full-time, with ample opportunity for overtime throughout the season. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Some of our employees have been with us for over 10 years. While scheduling is flexible, you must be available nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Highly competitive pay package for those with relevant experience, $20 - $25/hour.
