Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience operating excavators, backhoes, or roll-off trucks.
• Must be clean shaven (mustache okay).
• Industrial labor experience is a plus.

Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Description

As an Equipment Operator I, you will operate heavy equipment either at a Clean Harbors facility or at a customer location. You will ensure the unit has daily maintenance performed and communicate any problems or issues immediately.

Shift

Pay: $27-$30/hr

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance by following all safe work practices and policies
• Operate excavators, backhoes, and roll-off trucks
• Assist with moving drums as necessary
• Operate units safely and according to SOPs
• Complete and submit all required paperwork for waste tracking

Qualifications

• Hoisting license required
• Ability to operate yellow iron equipment (backhoe, excavator, front end loader)
• Minimal computer skills
• Experience with loading/unloading bulk liquids & solids
• Forklift operation experience
• Housekeeping and PPE compliance
• Availability to join the snow team in cold months
• Must be clean shaven (mustache okay)
