Equity Bank in Hays, Kansas is seeking an Agricultural Credit Analyst to join our Credit Administration team. You will produce credit presentations and annual reviews, analyze cash flows and collateral, and support loan officers in delivering tailored banking solutions to agricultural clients.

The role requires knowledge of agricultural lending, underwriter guidelines, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ag CA I/II required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent with emphasis on agricultural business, finance and accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional manner required.
• Computer skills; ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce credit presentations and annual reviews for internal/external approval authorities.
• Analyze financial spreads and borrower cash flows to assess credit risk.
• Monitor loan covenants and collateral adequacy; interact with loan officers and clients.
